✅ Required Before the Season Begins

1) Read & Sign the Player Handbook

Parents and athletes must read the Riverside Poly Volleyball Player Handbook and submit the signed acknowledgment form confirming understanding of team rules, expectations, and school athletic policies.

2) Volunteer for Snack Bar Shifts

Each family is required to sign up for a minimum of two (2) snack bar shifts during the season. Snack bar support is a major fundraiser that directly benefits the volleyball program.

3) Sign Up to Donate Snack Bar Items

Families are asked to contribute snacks and/or drinks for the snack bar.
A donation sign-up list will be provided with suggested items and quantities.

4) Spirit Pack Purchase

All athletes are required to purchase a team spirit pack.
Details on items, pricing, and payment deadlines will be shared soon.
Please plan accordingly—spirit packs are mandatory for participation.

5) Uniform Responsibilities

Once uniforms are issued, parents and athletes must sign the Uniform Responsibility Agreement acknowledging that:

The uniform is school property
The athlete/family is financially responsible for any lost or damaged items
Uniforms must be returned in good condition at the end of the season
